THE SOFA HOUSE
Located in beautiful downtown Delray Beach, Florida, you will find this adorably decorated, SOFA HOUSE on the edge of the city, in the suburbs! With 4 bedrooms, a gorgeous pool and home gym, this home has everything you need for a relaxing stay! This is a rental for the entire home, this is not a bed and breakfast.
This home sleeps 7 guests in regular comfortable beds, (the 7th set-up upon request), and can sleep an extra 2 people on the large lovesac brand luxury sofa, which is similar to the width of two full-size beds connected to one another.
There is a large onyx designer pool and spa, an outdoor shower, a teak table and chairs, a large grill, high quality patio furniture and a hanging cabana bed for 2 people (or 400 pounds).
The home also has super-fast wifi, and three loaded smart TVs. There is also an iMac and printer with guest log-in.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Just 3 blocks from Atlantic Avenue, in the center of the downtown, you are a few blocks walk to everything in the downtown area, in the NEW, booming, SOFA (South Of Atlantic) neighborhood. You are also a brisk 20 minute walk to the beach.
Kiss your parking issues goodbye and walk to a nice dinner in town, or take a long stroll to the beach for a romantic picnic. Your immediate SOFA neighborhood has the IPic movie theater, Proper Ice Cream, the brand-new Delray Market, Bamboo Garden Yoga, Frankie Beans Coffee, The Green Owl Diner, The Columbian Coffee House, Beg for More Japanese Tapas, and so much more!
Your surrounding up-and-coming neighborhood is full of mostly bungalow-style homes that most are being or have been renovated into modern, adorable beachy homes. There are also larger new homes being built surrounding you which start at 1.3 million. The neighborhood is changing very quickly, getting a face-lift. You will see a lot of older homes that are up for sale. The city has done a lot of repairs in the area, put in new sidewalks and is encouraging this growth and change.
The ALOFT hotel across from you often allows people in the neighborhood to come to their roof pool and bar for food, drinks and swimming. Check with the hotel!
You are 2 blocks from the intracoastal waterway where you will find a nice bench waiting for you to sit and have morning coffee on while the boats go by, or walk north from there to the Marina District and sit under a new gazebo by the water.
